Just hearing the word “sushi” brings certain thoughts to most readers. There are two sides, the ones who love it and the ones who hate it. The haters are there for 2 reasons. They either didn’t like it because of the contents or they’ve never tried it! Well haters, let me introduce you to SusHi Eatstation located on N. Alafaya Trail by UCF in Orlando! Jason and family had the chance to sample some of the amazing sushi at one of the restaurant’s parties for their loyal customers.
First off, let me explain the concept! You start with 1 of 3 choices – do you want a wrap, a bowl, or a roll? From there, the choices are endless with offerings of a ton of meat (cooked and non-cooked), vegetables, sauces, and toppings! So many times we have gone for sushi and either due to allergies or just not liking something, we have asked to have it taken out or changed. There must be a rule that is passed down that you do not ask to have anything changed. When I do this, I get a certain attitude or just a down right “no we do not do that.” Not here at SusHi! They want you to have things your way!
Everything is made fresh in front of you as you walk down an assembly line! There are choices for the sushi lovers, for the people who don’t want anything raw, and for the ones who just want it their way! They even have cheese and bacon to put on top of your sushi! Come on now…who doesn’t love cheese and bacon!
I loved this place for 3 reasons:
- It’s fast! From start to finish, it took me about 2 minutes to have my roll in hand!
- It’s fresh! Fresh ingredients make this place a must try!
- It’s economical! As far as sushi goes, this place is great! You get as much as you want in and on top of your sushi, and it’s one fee! The portions are also larger than the pictures I have posted!
If you’re out by UCF, make sure you stop by SusHI Eatstation and have some amazing food! They also have a ton of appetizers, drinks, and beer! I love this place and will be back! If you go, tell them Jason from Orlando Fun and Food sent you! If you wonder how good this place is, all the college kids eating will tell you the three things- It’s great food, amazing portions, and affordable!
