Admission to Orlando Science Center for only $5.00 tomorrow night!
Orlando Science Center, in partnership with the Walmart Foundation, will present Walmart $5 Night on Tuesday, June 23, 2015.During this special nighttime offering,guests will enjoy four floors of exhibits, giant-screen and 3-D films, and live programming for the amazingly low price of $5.
Please note, the traveling exhibition “Mummies of the World” is NOT available that evening due to it being a special engagement.
Since 2009, the Walmart Foundation has been supporting the Orlando Science Center with $5 admission days several times a year. For the first time, Walmart Foundation and the Orlando Science Center are providing a weekday evening opportunity to reach those families and individuals who aren’t available to visit on a weekend day. While attending this summer night of fun, visitors can experience a film on the giant screen, thrill at a live science demonstration, or explore four floors of hands-on exhibits for all ages.
Check out Florida reptiles in NatureWorks, build your own race car on the giant Pinewood Derby in Science Park, test your airplane-making skills at the new glider exhibit in Our Planet, Our Universe or have some prehistoric fun with dinosaur fossils and skeletons in DinoDigs. Walmart $5 Night offers an evening of exploration to engage the whole family and inspire curiosity.
Parking is available in the Orlando Science Center Parking Garage located directly across the street from the Science Center for $5 per vehicle. Those who wish to ride SunRail can do so with convenient access to the Florida Hospital Health Village station, just around the corner from Orlando Science Center. That evening, northbound trains will be departing at 7:04 p.m., 7:49 p.m., 9:34 p.m., and 10:39 p.m. Southbound trains will depart at 6:43 p.m., 8:43 p.m., and 9:48 p.m.
