The Holy Land Experience in Orlando Florida is a hidden gem of biblical proportions!
Just off I-4 is the home of the Holy Land Experience. The Holy Land Experience is owned and operated by TBN, the Trinity Broadcast Network. We recently had the opportunity to check out this hidden gem in Orlando and see just what the Holy Land Experience has to offer!
First off, the Holy Land Experience is open from 10am-6pm 5 days a week, Tuesday thru Saturday. Price for adults is $50.00 a person a day and children are $35.00 a day. The park does offer multiple day tickets as well as discount tickets for different ages.
So what is The Holy Land Experience? Holy Land is comprised off shows, artifacts, exhibits and more that showcase biblical stories for the entire family. The experience allows those with a vast knowledge of the bible to be engulfed into the stories with relics, artifacts, shows and experiences. Those with little to no biblical knowledge has to opportunity to not only learn about the bible but to learn about Christ.
Some of my favorite things about the Holy Land were the scriptorium which had authentic bibles in different languages and told the history of the bible thru a guided audio tour. I also enjoyed Calvary’s Garden Tomb which is a replica of the tomb Jesus was laid in before he rose from the dead.
My favorite part of the Holy Land Experience was the Church of All Nations. The Church of All Nations is one of the most beautiful theaters I have ever seen and is where TBN broadcasts from when they do their tv productions and concerts. In the theater are the live shows where you can witness the grace and mercy of God in biblical settings in front of your face!
There are also locations for kids as well as teens at the experience as well. Kids can enjoy a kids section with rides, mini golf and more and teens have their own section to enjoy karaoke and more in their own lounge!
As you can see, the Holy Land Experience has something for just about everyone in your family! Make sure to check them out and explore your faith next time you are here in Orlando!
